Mastermind

Having a mastermind group is essential. You cannot build a business by yourself. It takes a team of people to accomplish things. The people who you want to work with are those who are like minded. That person has to be someone who wants to achieve their goals. You do not know what person is going to build a big group for you. The last place you want to go to is your family and friends. Even if you show your business plan to them it is not duplicatable and many times you are likely to shoot yourself in the foot for doing so. They remember your mistakes and are trying to literally bring you back to their level. Forget what they think. Cause in their mind they are saying that you are lucky that they did not get you into trouble.


Think about this. There was no internet when Michael Dell sold his computers back in the early eighties in the University of Texas. He did not even approach his family members over it. He had his mastermind group whenever he had a question. IBM taught mainframes will be the future and wanted nothing to do with Dell. Man they were wrong. Michael Dell was living in a college dorm selling his computers and sold way more than IBM has. Funny thing about it was that the people from IBM had higher education than he has and wanted nothing to do with him.
