How To Identify A Serious Person For Your Multi-Level Marketing Organization

This is how Don Failla describes a serious person in his book How to Build a Large Successful Multi-Level Marketing Organization.
A serious person is eager to learn. He calls you all the time with lots of questions that he wants answered. He asks for help by asking you to visit with him to sponsor or train that person.
He is excited about the business by understanding enough about the program and they know it works!! They make a commitment by purchasing and using the products and all of their spare time is being spent on learning about the products and the opportunity.
They have goals because goals are the things that drive a person to get what they want. They do not have to have them written down, but everybody knows that it’s better to have them written down because it will make you have a stronger desire to take action. They have a list of people and are organized. One may be driving in an area where they have not been in for a while. Just spending time there is going to jog your memory of someone who lives or lived in the neighborhood. Because you always have your list of names with you, you can add right away their name to your list. When you think about calling someone in a few days you can scan down the list and there is the name!!! If you did not write it down when you first thought about it, you have a missed opportunity. Those people are fun to be with because they are always looking forward to seeing you. Main thing is that they are positive!! We all like to be around positive people!!
